- If data security is an issue, do NOT use WEP enabled access points
- Do NOT buy those "consumer wireless access points" from your local PC stores
- Build your wireless network and Audit it
- Use IPSec Between your laptop and your access point
- Use SSH, SSL, VPN, ... for all communications from wireless devices/networks
